At Rob’s Creative Studio, every item is made to order using trusted print-on-demand production partners. This helps us reduce waste and deliver fresh, high-quality items every time.
Processing Times

Apparel (T-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts): 2–5 business days

Mugs, tumblers, and drinkware: 2–4 business days

Holiday seasons: Production may extend by 1–3 additional business days
Please note that production times do not include shipping time.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.
If the address is incorrect and the order has already gone into production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address will require a new shipping fee to resend.
Lost, Damaged, or Defective Orders
We will replace or refund any order that:

Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your order:

We will assist you and contact the production partner, but replacements may not be guaranteed if the carrier marks it as delivered.
